Today was Nicholas' 15 month check up at the doctor's office. And it went just about as good as you'd expect. He's just happy-go-lucky flirting with all the nurses until you either put him on the scale or lay him down on the exam table. It sort of resembles a scene from the Exorcist. I totally wouldn't be surprised if his head suddenly did a 360. He just has this attitude of "Feel free to look at me, talk to me, or smile at me but you better not poke me, prod me, or stick me with ANYTHING!" I think the shots totally wiped him out because he came home and took a 2 hour nap! This was even after a 3 hour nap earlier in the day. That's almost like the good old newborn days! He now weighs 24 pounds 2 ounces which puts him at the 45% and he's 31.75 inches long which is the 70%. I'm not sure that's an exact measurement because that would be almost a 2 inch growth in only 3 months! OUCH! He is right on target with all of his development and leaping towards his future. Greg and I are definitely proud parents of a healthy, sweet, loving, and fun little boy!!
Lounging with Aunt Julie.
Nicholas saying "Wassup?" to the bears.

But if I had to guess what his favorite part was, it would be the 4-WHEELERS!! He had to examine every singe button and gadget! But thanks to Aunt Kathy, he got to ride his very own!

Then today was our buddy Max's 1st birthday party! We got to see all our friends and celebrate the happy occasion with the Brown's. Nicholas got to try out cotton candy for the first time and he sort of reminded me of a junkie. I decided I'd better cut him off after watching him beg everyone in sight for a bite!.jpg)
...and at the end...hilarious!!!!
Nicholas also got to hang out with his little girlfriend Kacee. They were pretty much inseparable.
And now for your viewing pleasure.......this first one is GREAT! I had no idea my son had learned so young how to put the moves on the ladies, but he most certainly has skills!!!

He also learned a skill that he couldn't get enough of:
