We just wanted to share a little video of Nicholas enjoying one of his favorite Christmas presents. The boy jumped for almost 30 minutes straight the other night! Talk about a serious workout!!

My first Christmas!

Well, I can't believe it but Christmas has come and gone! Nicholas had the best time ever! He had 3 Christmases packed into one day and got to open lots and lots of presents. First we had our own festivities at home then we went to Grandma & Grandpa Jaggi's for our traditional eggs benedict breakfast. Aunt Cindy and Uncle Ryan were here and we loved getting to see Cindy with only a few weeks to go before she has Cousin "Tiki". Then, we went to Grandma & Grandpa Hawkins' for a ham dinner and more presents! Who knew that wrapping paper, ribbons, and bows were more fun than the actual present??!! He crawled all over the place checking out all the presents under the tree. We've spent the last few days going through all the gifts and checking them out. He has been examining everything with his mouth and gnawing like crazy. We found out tonight that there was a very good reason for that: we officially have the first tooth!!! Greg and I are so excited!!Yesterday, Greg, Ryan, Dennis, Nicholas, and I all went to see Dad at work and let the guys take a helicopter ride. They all loved it and we were able to get some pictures of Nicholas and Grandpa by the helicopter. It won't be long and he'll get to go on a ride too! Grandpa will love that!
We hope you ALL had a wonderful Christmas! All our love!!

Hi everyone! I decided to create this blog so everyone can keep tabs on Nicholas and how he's growing! He's now 6 1/2 months old and growing up way too fast!! I find myself thinking every day that I wish I could freeze time somehow. Greg and I are having a blast watching him learn new skills and turn into a real little personality. He just started crawling last week and is getting faster and faster by the minute. Yesterday, I put him down and he made a beeline for the electric outlet. Thank goodness I was prepared and had done my baby-proofing already. The days of laying him on the floor to quietly play with toys are behind us now. His first Christmas is 2 days away and I'm so excited I can barely contain it! I hope you all enjoy this blog. I can't promise that I will be diligent with the updates, but I'll definitely do some here & there!
Merry Christmas!!
